Payment and Deposit

A $500.00 deposit is required at time of reservation.

Payment in full is required 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:

        30 - 15 days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit is retained.

        14 - 8   days prior to arrival - 50% of full payment is retained.

        7 days or less - 100% of full payment is retained.

If Gulf Caribbean elects to cancel dates for any reason other than natural

 disaster, the client will have the option of being rescheduled for a future

 date or receive a 100% refund.

What is included/not included prior to arrival and after departure from the Lodge

Included:

Day 1 Transfer from Airport to Hotel; afternoon city tour.

Day 2 Breakfast at Hotel; transfer from Hotel to Airport; charter flight to Barra Colorado and transfer to Lodge by boat.

Day 5 Morning transfer to San Jose; afternoon tour.

Day 6 Breakfast at Hotel; transfer from Hotel to Airport for flight home.

Not included:

Day 1 Lunch and Dinner while staying at Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica. 

Day 5 Lunch and Dinner while staying at Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Day 6 Departure tax paid at the airport during check-in, about $26.00

What is included/not included while staying at the Lodge

Days 2-5

Included are all meals, snacks and an open rum bar.

Internet access is available in the lobby, restaurant and recreation room.

Not included are laundry service, international calls, tourist visa to Nicaragua ($15.00),

tips for guides and lodge personnel, and all alcohol other open rum bar.
